How to Stay Organized During the School Year
It's super hard sometimes to avoid everyday stress during school. The pressure of assignment, sports, and extracurrculars can prove to be overwhelming. But half of this stress comes from lack of ogranization. To help avoud unecessary stress reference my tips below:
1. Make a To Do List OR Use Reminders
I always plan out my week ahead of time, and write down all the things I need to do and accomplish. Recently, I started using reminder on my phone which has proved to be superior to notes. The act of writing or typing down what you need to do can help relieve mental stress.
2. Have a System for All Your Classes
Either through folders, or a binder, it is important to keep all your notes and documents in one place.
3. Break Down Your Goals
We all have these overarching goals that dictate the way we act. Some we know about, and some are subconsious. Try to recognize all of your motivators and break them down in simple steps. Sometimes a large goal can seem to daunting to actually pursue, but breaking it down into everyday actions can sometime help make them more manageble.
