Healthy Sugar Cookies

I have been reading all kind of recipes for healthy cookies, and after much searching and cooking I put together the ultimate recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1. 2.5 cups almond flour/cocnut flour (a mix tastes the best

2. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup or light brown sugar

3. 1/4 cup coconut oil

4. 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

5. 1 tblspn Vanilla

6. 1 Egg

7. 1.4 tsp baking soda

8. 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingreients

3. In a seperate bowl, mix all the other ingredients

4. Mix both ingredients togther

5. Round and flatten dough into desired size, and place on a cookie sheet

6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, untill light brown.
