How to Keep Positive Vibes All Day

It can be super hard to stay in a good mood 24/7, near impossible even. But there are some tips and tricks that can help change a bad mood, day, or just snap you out of a funk. Here are some of my go to tips.

If I feel myself going down a bad mood road I came up with a five minute plan to change my thoughts.

First, I tune into what I am really feeling and embrace the feeling so I can know why I feel the way I do.

Then, I make a list of 10 things that I am thankful for.

Lastly, I remember what makes me well me. Looking at the distinctive features that have shaped who I am, not the bad features or experiences.
